SiO2 concentration is set by tier: entry spray and topper formulas commonly run 5–15%, consumer ceramic kits 30–50%, and professional-grade liquids 70–90%. We tune the level to your positioning and document solids content and cure hardness across batches instead of fixing one marketing claim for every formula.
Professional-grade formulas cure to a 9H pencil hardness at 1–2 microns per layer, with a water contact angle of 100–115 degrees. Cure behaviour, solvent load and compatibility are validated on the real substrates your market uses before a bulk run.
As a reference ladder, spray toppers commonly hold 4–12 months, consumer ceramic kits 2–3 years and professional grades 3–5 years. Final durability depends on the tier you choose and on how your customers apply and maintain it, so we agree the target band in writing before production.
Spray-on nano ceramic coating, liquid SiO2 coating, graphene coating spray and a 2-in-1 paint and glass coating. A liquid and a spray built on the same SiO2 base still differ in concentration and cure behaviour, so we specify both rather than selling one formula under two names.
50 ml amber glass is the standard bottle with a standard dropper closure. Coloured PET with your own mould, logo-embossed caps, retail cartons and branded applicator pads are available as custom options, so the coating can ship as a bare bottle or a complete kit.
Your logo, label, colourway and carton. Label artwork, multilingual compliance copy and insert cards are handled in house, and a QR code can link to your usage video and lot data so the finished kit is ready for the shelf or Amazon.
