YJOYJOY is a private label microfiber towel manufacturer in China, producing GSM-graded towels and wash mitts for detailing brands, distributors, importers and e-commerce sellers. We build waffle weave, twist pile and suede constructions from 200 to 900 GSM, set size and edge standards with you, and hold colour and blend tolerances across batches. Custom colour, woven labels, embroidery and printed logos are managed so the cloth carries your brand and survives laundering, while retail bags, hang tags and cartons are produced as part of the order. Low MOQ starts at 100 pcs per SKU, so a launch does not overstock a single cloth.

300 GSM waffle weave, 900 GSM twist pile and 200 GSM suede edgeless are our core cloths, with GSM grading QC on every batch. The wider programme runs from 200 to 900 GSM so each towel is matched to wash, dry, polish or glass duty instead of one grade being sold for every job.
Twist pile is built for maximum water pickup. Our dual-sided 600 g/m2 drying towel comes in 60×80 cm and 70×90 cm with an 80/20 polyester and polyamide blend and contrasting edge binding, giving a fast-dry, streak-free finish that holds up across repeated laundry cycles.
Waffle weave for absorbency and light scrub, twist loop for water collection, suede for glass and coating work, plush coral fleece for buffing, and short-nap tight weave for interior and product removal. We specify construction, not just a number, because pile height changes what a towel can safely touch.
Common sizes are 40×40 cm, 50×60 cm and 60×90 cm, with larger drying formats such as 60×80 cm and 70×90 cm. Custom sizes can be cut to match the price band and shelf space your market expects.
Edgeless (laser-cut or ultrasonically sealed), overlock stitching, satin edge and hidden-edge construction are all available. Edge finishing is chosen to control lint and scratch risk for the duty the towel performs - edgeless and hidden edge for paint, overlock where a lower cost is acceptable on glass and wheels.
Woven labels, embroidered logos, printed logos, embossed marks, branded hang tags and custom care labels. We confirm the woven tag, embroidery or printed card plus the colourway before production so your identity is fixed and repeatable.

Bulk production runs with a documented timeline, quality checks and per-batch COA. We ship by sea, air or express and supply the SDS and export paperwork your market needs.
