01
Wholesale Orders
How ordering works for distributors, importers and retailers.
Do you sell wholesale to distributors and retailers?
Yes. YJOYJOY supplies B2B wholesale to importers, distributors, retailers and professional detailing businesses, and the ordering model is set out on the wholesale supply page. Retail consumers and single-unit buyers are not the target channel. Orders are quoted per SKU and shipped on wholesale terms.
Do you offer dropshipping?
No. YJOYJOY focuses on B2B wholesale, private-label and OEM supply and does not provide dropshipping or one-by-one fulfilment. Every order ships as a wholesale shipment to a business address or to a freight forwarder nominated by the buyer.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Stock orders typically start at 100–300 pcs per SKU depending on the product. Private-label and OEM programs start higher because bottles, labels and packaging are produced for your brand. The exact starting quantity is confirmed per product before a quotation is issued.
Can I mix multiple SKUs in one shipment?
Yes. Different products can be combined in one shipment, and mixed-SKU orders are normal for distributors building a first container or a trial range. Each SKU still carries its own minimum quantity, and a mixed loading plan is costed as one shipment.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Volume pricing is available and depends on the product and order structure. As a reference, orders from around 1,000 units may qualify for approximately 2% and orders from around 10,000 units for approximately 5%. These figures are indicative rather than automatic and are confirmed in the quotation for your specific mix.
Can I start with stock products before ordering private label?
Yes, and it is the usual route. Many buyers start with stock products in existing packaging to test a market, then move to private label once sell-through is known. Stock orders also let you check quality and transit time before committing to branded production.
02
Private Label
Applying your own brand to an existing product. The deeper private-label questions are answered in the separate private label FAQ.
What is the MOQ for private-label car care chemicals?
Private-label chemicals typically start at 500–1,000 pcs per SKU. Where a product falls inside that range depends on the formula, the bottle and the level of label customisation — an existing formula in a standard bottle sits at the lower end, a new formula with a custom bottle sits higher.
Can you print my logo and apply my own label design?
Yes. Labels, logos and brand marks are applied to your artwork, including the regulatory text the destination market requires. You supply final artwork or a layout is prepared for approval, and label content is checked against the documentation for that formula.
Can the bottle, formula, colour and fragrance be customized?
Yes, within what the product allows. Bottle type and closure, colour, fragrance and to a degree the formula can be adjusted, but each change carries its own minimum quantity because bottles, caps and fragrances are produced in batches. Feasibility is confirmed per product before quoting.
Can I use my own packaging design?
Yes. You can supply finished artwork for labels, retail boxes and cartons, or your own packaging specification. Custom tooling — a new bottle mould, a bespoke box size — moves the order into a higher minimum quantity band and is quoted separately from standard packaging.
Can I test samples before placing a private-label order?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk production and sample payment is required before shipment. Testing first is recommended because formula, colour and fragrance decisions are locked once bottles and labels go into production. More detail sits in the private label program page.

03
OEM & Custom Development
Developing the product itself to your specification.
What is the difference between private label and OEM?
Private label applies your brand to an existing product and formula. OEM goes further and develops the product to your specification — formula, viscosity, dilution ratio, bottle tooling or the full kit build. In short, private label changes the label, OEM can change the product.
What is the MOQ for full OEM customization?
Full OEM and deeper customization typically start at around 1,000+ units, but this depends on the product and the customization level. New tooling, a bespoke bottle or a kit with custom inserts can require more. The confirmed figure is quoted per project rather than published as one number.
Can you develop a custom formula?
Yes. Custom formulation is developed against your target performance, price tier and destination-market requirements, then validated through samples before bulk. Development time and minimum quantity depend on how far the formula moves from an existing base; the process is described under OEM manufacturing.
Can I provide my own formula or specification?
Yes. If you already have a formula, a specification sheet or a reference sample, it can be matched and produced to that specification, subject to a feasibility check on raw-material availability, stability and the documentation required for your market.
04
Car Care Chemicals
Shampoo, pre-wash, cleaners, coatings and bulk supply.
What car care chemicals do you supply?
YJOYJOY supplies car shampoo, pre-wash and snow foam, interior and all-purpose cleaners, wheel and tire cleaners, iron fallout removers, glass cleaners, quick detailers, ceramic and coating sprays, and tar and adhesive removers. The range is listed under car care chemicals and car wash shampoo.
Do you supply concentrates?
Yes. Many cleaning products can be supplied as concentrates so you dilute locally and cut freight per usable litre. Not every gloss or coating product can be made as a concentrate — those are supplied ready to use — so the dilution option is confirmed product by product.
What bottle sizes are available?
Packaging runs from small retail bottles to bulk containers, roughly 250 ml to 20 L depending on the product. Not every SKU exists in every size, so the formats available for a specific product are confirmed before quotation rather than assumed from a range list.
Can chemicals be supplied in 20 L or larger packaging?
Yes, where the product supports it. 20 L drums and larger bulk containers suit distributors and high-volume users, and bulk packaging usually lowers cost per litre while removing retail-ready presentation. Larger formats carry their own minimum quantity and packaging lead time.
Can the formula be adjusted for different markets?
Yes. Formula adjustments are made for performance targets, water hardness, climate and the regulatory limits of the destination market. Adjustment is a development step rather than a label change, so it is validated with samples before bulk and priced according to the work involved.
05
Microfiber Towels & Wash Mitts
Towels, drying towels, applicator pads, mitts and gloves.
What towel sizes and GSM options are available?
Towel size and GSM vary by model. Common weights in the range include 600 GSM, 1000 GSM, 1200 GSM and 1400 GSM, with drying towels, all-purpose towels, applicator pads and wash mitts in different constructions. Available specifications depend on the model — see microfiber towels for the current list.
Can towel colour be customized?
Yes. Colour can be set for private-label runs, and colour coding across a range is common so buyers separate paint, glass, interior and wheel use. Custom colours carry a minimum quantity because yarn is dyed in batches rather than per piece.
Can I add a logo or hang tag?
Yes. Woven labels, printed labels and hang tags can be added, and basic private-label or hang-tag customization typically starts from around 500 pcs. Stock towels stay at lower quantities; branded towels move to the higher minimum.
What is the MOQ for private-label microfiber towels?
Stock towels typically start at 100–300 pcs per SKU, while basic private-label or hang-tag customization typically starts from around 500 pcs depending on the towel model and packaging. Fully custom construction — a new size, weight or edge finish — sits higher again.
Can I order drying towels and smaller towels together?
Yes. Drying towels, all-purpose towels, applicator pads and mitts can be combined in one order, each at its own minimum quantity. Mixed towel orders are common for distributors building a balanced range instead of a single hero SKU.
06
Brushes, Tools & Accessories
Detailing brushes, wash tools and pressure-washer accessories.
Do you supply detailing brushes and tools?
Yes. Detailing brushes for interior, exterior, wheels, tires and vents are supplied together with wash mitts, applicator pads and pressure-washer accessories. The brush range is listed under detailing brushes and the washer side under foam cannons and pressure washers.
Can brush colour, handle and logo be customized?
Yes. Handle colour, logo printing, bristle specification and packaging can be customized, subject to the brush type and order quantity. Bristle material and stiffness are usually fixed per model, so customization concentrates on handle colour, branding and packing.
What is the MOQ for custom-logo brushes?
Custom logo brush sets typically start from around 1,000 sets because handles are produced and printed in batches. Stock brushes are available at lower wholesale quantities, so a first order can be tested unbranded before moving to printed handles.
Can several brush types be packed as one set?
Yes. Several brush types can be packed together as a set in a polybag, a printed sleeve or a retail box. Each brush in the set still carries its own minimum quantity, and set packaging is quoted together with the brushes rather than separately.
07
Detailing Kits
Assembled sets built around a wash, interior or wheel use case.
Can you build custom detailing kits?
Yes. Kits are assembled from chemicals, towels, brushes and accessories around a use case — wash, interior, wheel or a full starter set. The component mix is agreed first, then packaging, then quantities. Existing configurations are listed under detailing kits.
Can chemicals and accessories be combined in one kit?
Yes. Liquids, towels, brushes and hard accessories can be packed in one kit, though liquids may travel separately for transport and customs reasons on some routes. The kit is priced as components plus packaging rather than as one blended price.
Can I customize the bag, box and inserts?
Yes. The bag, retail box, inserts and printed branding can all be customized. Custom printed boxes and custom divided bags typically start from around 1,000 kits, while stock bags and existing configurations may support smaller orders.
What is the MOQ for custom kit packaging?
Custom kit packaging typically starts from around 1,000 kits for a printed retail box or a custom divided bag. Stock bags and existing configurations may support smaller orders, so a first run can use standard packaging before moving to a fully custom presentation.
08
Samples
Testing before committing to volume or customization.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk production for chemicals, towels, brushes, tools and kits. Sample payment is required before shipment, and evaluating a sample first is recommended before committing to volume or to customization.
Are samples free, and who pays the shipping?
Samples are not free. Sample payment is required before shipment, and the shipping cost depends on the destination and the transport channel used. International freight for liquids is quoted case by case, so no fixed sample freight figure is published here.
How long do samples take?
Sample preparation and dispatch typically takes around 7–10 days before the shipping arrangement is made. Transit time after dispatch depends on the destination, and liquid samples travel under restricted-goods rules on some routes, which can add time.
Can I change the formula after testing?
Yes. A sample round exists precisely to change something — viscosity, foam, fragrance, colour or cleaning strength. Adjustments are made before bulk production starts, because once bottles and labels are produced for a formula the change becomes a new production run.
09
Packaging & Branding
Labels, artwork, bottles and retail presentation.
Can I use my own label design and artwork?
Yes. You can supply finished artwork for front and back labels, retail boxes and cartons. Artwork must carry the regulatory text required for the destination market, and the layout is checked against the documentation prepared for that formula before printing.
Can you help with label printing?
Yes. Label layout and printing are handled as part of the private-label process, including market-specific text and bilingual layouts. A proof is approved before printing; changes after approval are treated as a reprint, so the proof stage is worth taking seriously.
Can I use my own bottle or packaging?
Yes, subject to feasibility and quantity. Supplying your own bottle or packaging usually means tooling or a minimum production run at the packaging supplier, which raises the order quantity. Standard bottles avoid that cost but limit differentiation, so both routes are quoted for comparison.
10
Compliance & Documentation
What documentation can be prepared, and what cannot be claimed.
Can you provide SDS or MSDS?
Yes. An SDS/MSDS can be prepared for the chemicals supplied, with content depending on the formula and the destination market. It is issued as part of the documentation package for a specific product, not as a single generic sheet covering the whole range.
Can you provide REACH-related documentation?
Yes. REACH-related documentation can be prepared depending on the formula, the destination market and buyer requirements. This is documentation support for your compliance file — it is not a blanket statement that every product is registered for every market.
Can you support CLP labelling?
Yes. CLP-related information can be reflected in label content for EU-bound products, including hazard statements and pictograms where the formula requires them. The exact label content follows the classification of that specific formula and that market.
Can you provide shipping reports?
Yes. Shipping reports and transport documentation can be prepared for the shipment, including the transport classification needed for liquids. These are issued per shipment and depend on the product, the packing group and the transport mode.
Can documents be issued under my brand?
In many cases yes. Some documentation can be prepared under the buyer's brand where the buyer is the responsible entity for that market. What can be issued under your name depends on the document type and the destination regulation, and is confirmed per product.
Do all products already have every certificate?
No. Not every product carries every certificate for every market, and no supplier can honestly claim otherwise. Documentation such as SDS/MSDS, CLP-related information, REACH-related documentation and shipping reports is prepared depending on the formula, destination market and buyer requirements.
11
Shipping & Import
Freight arrangements, liquids, Incoterms and transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Goods are exported worldwide, with most orders shipped EXW or through a forwarder nominated by the buyer. Routes, transit times and required documents differ by destination, so shipping is quoted against the actual order and destination country.
Who arranges international freight?
Either side can. YJOYJOY can quote freight through partner forwarders, or the buyer can nominate a China-based freight forwarder and YJOYJOY delivers the goods to that forwarder's China warehouse. Using your own forwarder usually keeps control of routing and cost.
Can you ship liquid chemicals?
Yes, but liquids are regulated cargo. They may need specific packing, transport classification and documentation, and on some routes liquids travel separately from general cargo. Liquid freight depends heavily on the destination and the transport channel available.
Do you offer DDP?
DDP may be available for selected destinations and smaller shipments, but it is not the default term and it is not offered everywhere. Most orders ship EXW or on terms agreed per order, because duty and import compliance usually sit better with the importing business.
How long does international shipping take?
As a reference, liquid samples by air often take around 10–15 days and bulk sea freight often around 40–60 days. Actual transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method, and port congestion or customs inspection can extend it.
12
Payment & Production
Payment methods, terms and production lead times.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer is the standard method for wholesale, private-label and OEM orders. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat business, but bank transfer is the default because it leaves a clear record on both sides for an export order.
What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
Bulk orders are normally 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Samples are paid before shipment. Terms for repeat orders can be reviewed once a supply history exists.
When does production start?
Production starts once the order is confirmed and the deposit has cleared, with artwork and specifications approved beforehand. Any open item — a label proof, a bottle choice, a formula decision — delays the start date rather than shortening production time.
How long do stock orders take?
Stock orders typically take 15–20 days after confirmation. That covers picking, packing and export documentation and does not include transit. Where a stock item is short, the lead time is confirmed before the order is accepted.
How long do private-label and OEM production take?
Private-label production typically takes 25–35 days after confirmation, and full OEM typically 35–45 days. Both run from the point where artwork, packaging and specification are approved, not from the date of enquiry.
13
Quotes & Reorders
What to send us, and how repeat orders are handled.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the product, quantity, destination country, branding requirement, packaging requirement, target market and any special specification. With those seven items a quotation can usually be prepared without further questions; without them the price can only be indicative.
Can I request a mixed-SKU quotation?
Yes. A mixed-SKU quotation covering several products at once is normal for distributors and for buyers testing a market. Each line is priced at its own quantity and minimum, and the combined shipment is then costed as one loading plan.
Can I reorder the same formula?
Yes. Reorders run against the recorded formula, specification and artwork from the previous order, which is why the approved sample and label proof stay on file. Reordering the same formula is faster than new development because nothing has to be re-approved.
Do repeat orders have shorter lead times?
Usually yes, because artwork, formula and packaging are already confirmed and nothing needs re-approval. Repeat production typically saves the proofing and setup stage; the remaining time is production and export handling, confirmed when the reorder is placed.

Related Product & Program Pages
Every topic above maps to a page with specifications, formats and program detail.
Send us the product, quantity, destination and customization requirements. A quotation is prepared against those four points, and the answer confirms MOQ, lead time and documentation for that specific order.
